How much is your international shipping?
We ship to pretty much any country in the world and is $25 for the first strap and +$5 for each additional strap. Canada is $15 for the first strap and +$5 for each additional strap. This shipping is for USPS 1st class and is not guaranteed and does NOT include a tracking number. If you wish to have a tracking number and guarantee shipping. Be sure to select the UPS option which is $80 for the first strap and +$10 for each additional strap.
How do you ship international orders?
We ship all orders United States Postal Service. USPS which is 6-10 days and does not include a tracking number. If you want to ship UPS or FedEx, be sure to select this option in your shipping selection. FedEx and UPS shipments are trackable and start at $80.
I have some extra webbing, can I cut this off?
Yes. We leave plenty of webbing for those you carry their cameras long, but that extra webbing can get in the way. Be sure to leave a few inches of extra webbing, then cut at an angle using a pair of scissors. Be sure to burn the end with an open flame to prevent fraying.
These straps look cool, but are they comfortable?
Yes. We use the softest suede we can find and sew 100% natural soft pig suede to the entire back of the strap. The vinyl is quite soft and provides plenty of cushion. If the strap is uncomfortable for you, simply return the strap, along with the packing slip and we will gladly refund the full price of the strap.
When will my new camera strap arrive?
For non-custom orders. Your strap(s) will be shipped within 4 days from your order date. Custom orders can take up to two weeks. Please keep in mind, each and every order is hand made. We begin creating your strap only after we have received your order so we thank you for your patience.
What are these Superloop connectors?
They are an alternative to the 3/8" webbing connection. The Superloops are great because of their low profile and secure connection. The drawback is that they replace the 3/8" webbing, removing the ability to adjusting the length of your strap. On the other hand, we will make the strap to the length you choose, simply tell us the exact length end to end and we'll make one to that length.
How do I specify a camera strap length?
Use the drop-down munu to specify the length of strap you prefer along with the connection method. If you select a webbing connection, the strap with be adjustable, the Superloops are not adjustable, however, are available in three different lengths.
How do I connect the strap to my camera?
Our standard strap comes with 3/8" webbing with a plastic ladder-lock and strap keeper. This threads into the rings on your camera. The point at which you secure your camera will dictate the length of your strap. We also offer a special order SuperLoop option. This removes your ability to adjust the length of your strap, however, less cumberson and completely secure.
Can I order a Superloop connected strap without the quick release buckles?
Nope. It would be mechanically impossible to connect your camera. The only connectors available for straps without buckles is the webbing connectors.
Can I order a strap without the quick release buckles?
Every strap comes standard with the quick-release buckels. If you prefer, we can build your strap without them. Simply email me when you put your order in. Keep in mind, these straps will take an additional week to ship out as we don't keep any of these in-stock.
Can you put my logo on the camera strap?
We are in the process of establishing an appropriate method for branding these straps. Currently, we offer a single or dual color silkscreened strap. Please email me directly if you are interested in branding your strap. In the near future, we will be offering a full color solution.

What are these straps made of?
Generally, these straps are made of vinyl, leather, Nylon webbing, plastic buckles, blood, sweat and tears.
Each strap description will cover where the materials come from. Here are a few key definitions:
Original Stock: This is the original used material taken off of the car itself. Often the original stock material from when the car was first built. Saved from the dumpster and up to 50 years old, these are one-of-a-kind limited edition straps.
New Original Stock: This material can also be up to 50 years old, however, was never actually used. These too are limited edition straps.
New: Straight-up, brand new material.
Do you offer a skinnier strap?
Not at this time, in the near future, we will be offering a line of skinny straps which will be 1.25" wide instead of our standard 2" width. Stay tuned!
Are these straps made in the USA?
Yes. As long as we can be successful with our production in the US, we'd prefer to keep the jobs here. Moreover, our straps requires a higher level of craftsmanship compared with the average factory product, and we've been lucky enough to find some of the most skilled sewers here in San Diego to help us out. One of our biggest goals is to support our local community, so when you purchase a Riley G camera strap, know you are supporting a dozen small local businesses.
What is your return policy/warranty?
Our return policy is pretty simple; any strap: any time, any reason. At Riley G, we assume our customers are intelligent and trustworthy. If we extend our trust to you, we know that you will in return treat us fairly. We assume, if you want to return the strap, you have a good reason, and we'll leave it to you. We aim to have the best customer experience possible, and that includes ensuring you are perfectly happy with your Riley G a top priority.
How to Make a Return.
Simply box up your strap along with your email order confirmation, or the receipt you found in your box and send it back to us and we will promply refund your purchase.

Limited Liability:
Our warranty does not cover damages that result from physical abuse/mishandling of RileyG products, accident, negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches, or fading. The warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. Most importantly, however, the warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages to equipment such as damage to, or loss of, the camera connected to the strap, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-RileyG products. This warranty applies only to the normal use of RileyG products, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with RileyG products (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions).
