All sale straps are final: There are many photographers who may have wanted to purchase the strap and you are the lucky one. Be sure the strap is the one you want. If there is a quality control issue, please read on.
We do stand behind the quality of our product. We assume our customers are intelligent and trustworthy. If we extend our trust to you, we know that you will in return treat us fairly. We assume, if you want to return the strap, you have a good reason, and we’ll leave it up to you. We aim to have the best customer experience possible, and that includes ensuring you are perfectly happy with your Riley G camera strap.
How to Make a Return.
1) Contact us with your request to return your camera strap. Please refer to your order number.
2) Box up the strap exactly as you received it. If it was packaged inside a burlap bag, be sure to curl the strap up and place it inside the bag just as you received it. Be sure both webbing connectors are attached to the camera strap. If these are not attached, we cannot process your return.
3) We will provide you with an RMA# as well as a shipping label. Print out the shipping label and attach to the box. Place the box in your USPS mail box.
4) Once we receive your camera strap, we will immediately process your return.
